At 1280x1024, the new GeForce 8800 GTX managed to beat the GeForce 7950 GX2 by 15.6%. It was faster than the GeForce 7900 GTX by 48.2% and was twice as fast as the GeForce 7900 GT.

1600 x 1200

At the higher resolution of 1600x1200, the GeForce 8800 GTX was 28.1% faster than the GeForce 7950 GX2, 75.7% faster than the GeForce 7900 GTX and over 2.4X faster than the GeForce 7900 GT.

1600 x 1200, 8xAA

Enabling 8xAA reduced the GeForce 8800 GTX's frame rate by only 9.3%. In comparison, it reduced the GeForce 7950 GX2's frame rate by 53.1%.

The GeForce 8800 GTX was almost 2.5X faster than the GeForce 7950 GX2 with 8xAA enabled at 1600x1200.
