Next, twist and align the exposed wires nicely like below.

If possible, solder the metal part to the wire to ensure the wire won't slip away if you ever pull on the wire. But we won't go into that in this guide. I'm too lazy to get the solder.

After that, just insert the metal part back into the jumper.

Repeat the previous steps for the right channel connector (usually the one with the red wire) and you are all set to connect them to your FPIO2 header.

Now, all you need to do is connect the wire-jumper combinations to the FPIO2 header as shown above.
