Inside the box, you will find the following items :
- One DigiDock AC-2220 FM Transmitter
- One DigiDock AC-2220 manual
- One DigiDock brochure
- One USB adaptor (for iPod)
While that looks pretty sparse, that's really all you need. Since this FM transmitter is designed to be used in the car, there's no need for a pouch or protective case.
You are good to go, even if you only have the DigiDock AC-2220, and nothing else.
