At 1280x1024, the GeForce 8800 GTX beat the GeForce 7950 GX2 by 14.9%. It was also faster than the GeForce 7900 GTX by 59% and was over twice as fast as the GeForce 7900 GT.

At the higher resolution of 1600x1200, the GeForce 8800 GTX was 17.4% faster than the GeForce 7950 GX2, 70% faster than the GeForce 7900 GTX and over 2.2X faster than the GeForce 7900 GT.

1600 x 1200, 8xAA

Enabling 8xAA reduced the GeForce 8800 GTX's frame rate by only 18.1%. In comparison, it reduced the GeForce 7950 GX2's frame rate by 46.9%.

With 8xAA enabled at 1600x1200, the GeForce 8800 GTX was 81.2% faster than the GeForce 7950 GX2.
