Brown Box of Goodies

Before we start examining the S-presso up close and personal, let's take a quick look at what ASUS put into the brown box that came with this review unit.

The same old 3Bs: Boring Brown Box
Remote controls, wires, manuals and a white box

The contents of the brown box are basically parts required for the S-presso to operate as designed. Here's a list of what's included in the package.

The parts for the ASUS S-presso

      • User Guide: Software Information
      • User Guide: Hardware Information
      • Quick start guide
      • Home Theater CD
      • Instant On CD
      • Support CD
      • Remote control with 2 x AAA Toshiba alkaline batteries
      • Aluminum with copper base HSF (previously in the white box)
      • A/C Power cable
      • Antenna cable
      • 2 x 4 bolt screws for hard disk and optical drive installation
      • SATA cable and Molex to SATA power adapter
      • Video input converter cable

As you can see, there is nothing particularly interesting or unusual here. While I can't fault them for this, it is always nice to be suprised with extra bundles from the manufacturer.

If you guys have read or known about ABIT's DiGiDice, you'd know that they gave new users one very nice suprise bundle indeed!

Who would have thought that you can bundle essential oil with an SFF system! You can read about that here!
