The Case Fans
NZXT provided a plethora of wiring options for fans and other cooling solutions in the Tempest. There were pigtails and adapters for every style of fan connection out there. Nice job!
As shown above, the Tempest comes with 6 case fans. The two front 120 mm fans, which also serve to cool down the hard drives, suck cool air into the case. The air is then circulated through the case and out through two 140 mm top-mounted fans as well as one rear 120 mm fan and one side-mounted 120 mm fan.
The Side Panels
We saved this for last because this is one of the best features of this case. We have all fought with those side panels because you have to hook them in and stand on your head to slide back in place. Not so with the NZXT Tempest case. All you need to do is remove the two thumbnail bolts securing the side panel and pull it out and off. To reinstall, just hook the front edge of the cover onto the case and push it straight into place. Take a look at the pictures!
