Installation
The 256MB RIO Forge supports a single SD or MMC expansion card. This allows you to add to 1GB of flash memory to the 256MB of memory already available onboard.

Inserting SD Card
After removing the battery cover, I inserted an SD card to expand the capacity of the player. To the left of the card slot, there is an imprint that shows you how the SD card should be inserted.
A simple push inwards, and the SD card clicks into place. The RIO Forge actually comes with an ejection mechanism for the SD/MMC card. To remove the card. all you have to do is push the card in a bit more, and the ejection mechanism will pop the card out.
