Here's a close-up of the PCB of the Xpanel.
You can see that there is an assortment of connectors. On the very left, right above the power connector, you can see the temperature probe's connector. There are also two vacant 3-pin fan connectors. On the very right is the Firewire connector and beside it, the USB connector; below that is the front audio jack connector.
Here is a close up of the left side of the PCB.
You can clearly see the temperature probe socket and the 2 vacant 3-pin fan headers.

Here's a shot of the fan.
I don't recall Jetart manufacturing a fan of their own. The fan's label seems to be peeling off a little, so let's look underneath the label to see if there's anything interesting.
The secret has been revealed - the fan is actually a relabelled YsTech fan!
