Conclusion
Although excellent, the Steelpad S&S costs an exorbitant USD 39.95 (RM 151.81)! This is, by far, one of the most expensive professional gaming mouse pads you can buy. It is actually twice as expensive as the popular func sUrface 1030!
Price aside, this is an excellent mouse pad. It has an excellent undersurface
which maintained a firm grip on the table surface and a medium-grained surface
which is ideal for most optical mice. Even the mouse feet replacement was very
good, unlike teflon tape which wears out a lot faster.
It was also nice to note that the Steelpad S&S came with a protective sleeve
and Padsurfers. This sleeve protects the Steelpad S&S from scratches during
transportation. It also comes with a side pocket which allows you to keep at
least one mouse in there. An excellent accessory for LAN parties!
As for the PadSurfers, this is the only mouse pad we know that comes with such excellent mouse feet replacements! Other mouse pads come with none or at most, thin teflon tapes.
Taking all that into consideration, we found the Steelpad S&S to be a product
worthy of the ARP Editor's Choice Award!
