The ASUS P7P55D Motherboard
The ASUS P7P55D is a full ATX motherboard that looks pretty clean without overly congested components are ports! This board measures 12" x 9.6" (30.5 cm x 24.4 cm) so you will need a full-sized ATX case for a comfortable fit. There are 9 screw mounting points on this board.

The funky-looking heatsink is the first thing that attracted my attention. The clean blue themed motherboard with light and dark shades of blue on various ports, slots and the heatsinks. It looks pretty tidy and I have no complaints at all on the placement of the ports. Some might not like the upward facing SATA ports, but personally, I much prefer this type of ports rather than the side facing ones. The second 16x PCI-E slot will probably be blocked by the SATA cables if you have a huge PCI-E graphics card. Then again, only idiots will use a dual GPU card setup on a P55. We will take a closer look at the other components but first, let's take a look at its full specifications :
