The Package

The 1GB Mini-Kart came in a plastic retail package. The package was not actually sealed, but crimped at four spots. You need not worry about damage during shipping and handling. However, I really hate opening such packages.

Like many retail packages, what you see is what you get. You can see that the Mini-Kart comes with a hard plastic case which is actually a standard CompactFlash card case. Let's take a look inside.

Cutting through the crimped parts, we opened up the box only to find the following items :-

• One OCZ 1GB Mini-Kart USB flash drive
• One plastic case
• One cardboard insert

Nothing else was provided. Not even a lanyard. Although OCZ probably feels that the Mini-Kart is thin enough to fit a wallet, we still think it would be nice to have a lanyard for those who prefer to hang it around the neck.
