NVIDIA's suggested MSRP for the GeForce GTS 450 is US$129, with the overclocked GeForce GTS 450 priced lower than the AMD Radeon HD 5770. However, they claim that their partners will deliver at least some standard-clocked and overclocked versions of the GeForce GTS 450 below this price point. With the introduction of the GeForce GTS 450, NVIDIA will discontinue the GeForce GTS 250 1 GB card and their GeForce lineup will be as follows (in US$):
- GeForce GTX 480: $499
- GeForce GTX 470: $299
- GeForce GTX 465: $229
- GeForce GTX 460 1GB: $229
- GeForce GTX 460 768MB: $169
- GeForce GTS 450: $129
According to NVIDIA, availability of the GeForce GTS 450 will be strong, with many versions from their partners available at launch. Let's take a look at some of the GeForce GTS 450 graphics cards that will be available at launch :
