Reading Materials

ASUS gave all of us us some reading materials in the form of press releases. But they did not just stop at printed copies of standard press releases. They also included a folder with a printed copy of the PowerPoint presentation as well as a CD that showcases the new notebook models.

There was also the copy of ASUSWorld, which is a comprehensive bi-monthly ASUS publication covering their range of products. This isn't just some cheap publication. It's chock-full of details and pictures in its remarkable 271 pages!

The Launch

Like any other product launches, there is bound to be a few setbacks. It was the same at this lauch albeit it only resulted in a slight delay of the launch by 15 minutes.

Anyway, it was a very simple launch. The emcee called out the ASUS channel manager and ASUS account manager as well as their distributor for the launch.

They each carried the latest ASUS notebooks and as they open the lid, streamers were ejected over them and the notebooks. Thus the new ASUS notebooks were officially launched. It’s short and simple but sweet.
