The microSD Card
The Kingston 256MB microSD card looks just like any microSD card. It has to - it's a standardized format!
To give you an idea of just how small it is, the microSD card is actually only about as big as your fingernail! Therefore, it's not surprising to see that the card has a simple design with the words Kingston 256MB microSD on the front, and nothing on the back.
Now, let's see how it compares against two CompactFlash cards!
Size Comparison
In this comparison, we threw in the recently reviewed Seagate 8GB Photo Hard Drive, as well as the Kingston 1GB Elite Pro. The Photo Hard Drive is a Type II CompactFlash card, while the Elite Pro is a Type I CompactFlash card.
The microSD card looks amazingly small, compared to behemoths like the Seagate 8GB Photo Hard Drive and the Kingston 1GB Elite Pro. Even the microSD adaptor, which is the same size as any SD card, looks absolutely gigantic next to the microSD card.
