The 512MB SimpleTech Nitro PC3700 Module
The 512MB SimpleTech Nitro PC3700 DDR SDRAM module is a double-sided module with sixteen DDR SDRAM chips. It comes with a gold-coloured aluminium heatspreader. Here is a picture of the front and back of the module.

The gold heatspreader is tightly adhered to the module so it is not easy to remove. Please do not try to remove it as doing so voids your warranty.
