The Kingston DataTraveler Ultimate 3.0 G3 did badly in this test as well, coming in dead last, just as it did in the 4 KB random access test. It looks like Kingston optimized it for large accesses at the expense of small accesses.

This is the most important test, because most people use USB flash drives to transfer files. The Kingston DataTraveler Ultimate 3.0 G3 really smashed the ball out of the park with spectacularly high sequential read and write speeds. It delivered an astounding read speed of 192 MB/s, with an equally phenomenal write speed of 95 MB/s!
Do note that these read and write speeds of 192 MB/s and 95 MB/s are higher than the rated read and write speeds of 150 MB/s and 70 MB/s.
