The Module
Kingston KHX3200ULK2/1G is a pretested pair of 512MB modules that will do 200MHz (400MHz DDR) at the timings of 2-2-2-5. As is the case with many high-performance memory modules, Kingston used a blue heat spreader to keep the chips cool.
The front of the module has the Kingston logo, the HyperX logo and a sticker with the part numbers of the modules. Here is a close up of the sticker.
The back of the module is a little simpler, with only a large Kingston logo and the URL to Kingston's website.
