Introduction
I personally don't like to review stuff you cannot get here in Malaysia.
But we have an international readership so even if we can't exactly get it here, there are people elsewhere who might want to know how this bag performs.
I hate notebook bags, by which I mean the usual sling type. First of all, those bags always seem to scream "steal me" to everyone. Also, balancing a notebooks on one shoulder isn't something you would want to do for long periods of time.
I myself prefer backpacks, and the first bag I acquired for my Dell Inspiron 8000 was the Kensington Saddlebag. Not only because it was the only available backpack that could fit my Inspiron, but also because it does not look like the backpacks you would take on a camping trip. That is what most backpack-type of notebook bags look like these days.
That was a year ago. I now have more gear to move around and guess what, Kensington has came out with a new bag - the Saddlebag Pro. I searched high and low for it but our local distributors did not bring in the bag. But fate put me in touch with the regional office of Kensington and I managed to get my hands on the bag!
So, is this new bag any good? Will it serve me as well as its predecessor? Let's take a look, shall we?
