Disable Jitter
Common Options : Enabled, Disabled
Quick Review
This is an AMD Athlon 64 and Opteron processor-specific BIOS feature. It controls the amount of jitter compensation done by the processor's DDR compensation circuit.
When enabled, the processor's DDR compensation circuit will not perform jitter compensation unless the change is one step or more from the current value.
When disabled, the processor's DDR compensation circuit will perform constant jitter compensation.
For reasons that are not clear at this moment, AMD recommends that this BIOS feature be enabled for revision E or newer AMD Athlon 64 and Opteron processors. Disable it only if you have an older Athlon 64 or Opteron processor.
