The Heat Sink

The entire heat sink is made from a copper alloy which is hard and does not tarnish like pure copper heat sinks do. The single cast construction ensures maximum heat conduction from the base to the pins while its small size keeps the weight down.

The Fan

The kit comes with a 40mm fan that is mounted onto the heat sink using 3 screws. It spins at around 5300 rpm, but it's very quiet and only blows 5.3CFM of air. It uses 3 pin connector, and supports RPM monitoring. It comes with a 3 pin - 4 pin power connector.
