The Package
The AudioFX comes in a see-through plastic package designed for retail display. You can visually inspect the headset before buying it.
At the back, the cardboard insert shows the features and specifications of AudioFX. It also provides instructions on how to set it up and some precautions about handling the headset.
As protection against theft, the package is totally sealed. So, you will have to cut through the plastic cover to get to the headset.
Inside the package, you will find the following items :
- one eDimensional AudioFX headset with attached controller and cable set
- one cardboard insert
Very, very minimalistic. I would have expected a driver CD or floppy disk but apparently, the force feedback feature does not require any software.
