The Heatsink
The ZM80A-HP's heatsinks are both MASSIVE and HEAVY! In fact, they will almost cover the whole graphics card!
If you've seen the ZM80-HP before, you will notice that the mounting holes are now located much lower in the ZM80A-HP. This causes the heatsinks to be mounted a little higher up from AGP connector. This modification also serves to correct the design flaw in the earlier ZM80-HP heatsink by leaving space at the lower end of the card for nearby motherboard voltage regulators or capacitors.

Comparing the heatsinks
By the way, check out the bent fins at the top corner of the heatsink. Surprisingly, the heatsink was shipped to me in this condition. The package was not damaged so it could not be due to rough handling during delivery. Although this should not in any way affect the performance of the heatsink, it does not speak well of Zalman's emphasis on quality.
