My Top 10 Christmas Wish List

Ah, Christmas is just around the corner and it's that time of the year again. No, not singing Christmas carols all day long. I meant writing the long letter that you'd be sending off to Santa and then dream all day long till Christmas day!

Oh... Err, are we too old to send letters to the North Pole already?

Anyway, I'm sure there are a lot more 'Santa Clause' out there that will happily grant my wishes, right? Come on... Make someone (ME!!) his day for once. It's just an annual affair. I'm even playing Christmas carols now on Foobar. In fact, I only have Christmas carols and songs on my playlist!

A deserving candidate (read : me, the author) should have his wish list granted, right?

#10 : The Geek's Swiss Army Knife - A High-Powered Green Laser

I myself wonder why every geek wishes for a high-powered green laser.

No, a normal green laser does not suffice. It HAS to be the high-powered version. And guess what, ThinkGeek has one for sale too!

Green lasers emit a green beam when powered which makes it way cooler than the regular red laser pointers. Think of the wows and glees one will get when he or she uses this green laser pointer during a presentation or when teaching a classroom.

It's a little hefty in price, but nothing that you can't afford, right? ThinkGeek has it for sale here for a nice US$149.99.

Editor : If you want a laser but cannot afford ThinkGeek's uber-cool green laser, take a look at Pricegrabber's selection.

#09 : A Missile Launcher. No, Seriously.

Talk about taking things to the extreme, these USB powered WMD will bring your enemies down to their knees. Muahahahahaha!!!!! Lizards and mosquitoes... beware!

Plug it into any Windows machine and use the supplied software to control its rotation, tilt and fire away at those annoying colleagues and creepy crawlers on your messy desk!

If a missile launcher isn't enough for you, you can even get a rocket launcher along with it to further boost your firepower.

Ka-boom! Imagine all your colleagues having one each at work. Whoa.... That's what I call modern computerized warfare!

A quick search in Pricegrabber shows that these uber-cool 'weapons' retail for a nice US$39.99.
