Debug Code Control
Common Options : LPC, PCI
Quick Review
This BIOS option is found in motherboards that feature a built-in hardware monitoring system. It allows you to control whether the system status or debug codes are displayed on the onboard LED display, or channeled to a PCI debug card.
When set to LPC, the motherboard will display all debug / system status codes on the onboard LED display.
When set to PCI, the motherboard will not display the debug / system status codes codes on the onboard LED display. Instead, the data will be channeled to a PCI debug card.
Unless you have a PCI hardware debug card, you should always set this BIOS feature to LPC. Only set this to PCI if you have already installed a PCI hardware debug card.
