This BIOS feature allows you to select the type of LCD panel connected to the motherboard's built-in LCD interface. For example, VIA motherboards with an integrated Savage4 graphics chip use these panel types :

The values and their associated panel types will vary from motherboard to motherboard. Therefore, it is important for you to check your motherboard manual for the proper values for your motherboard.
You should select the value that corresponds to the type of LCD panel you are using. You will need to check the specifications of your LCD monitor to find out what type of panel it uses.
Please note that this BIOS feature is only valid if you are attaching an LCD monitor to the integrated LCD interface on your motherboard. It has no effect if you are powering your LCD panel using a separate graphics card.
